Peacocks have a high pitched shrill
especially if you try to pluck their quill
So let’s all hope that those beautiful fans that thrill
are made from fallen tail feathers where they spill
Daily Prompt: Quill
Let me challenge and entertain you then I will have made a difference. Enjoy …

Peacocks are the most beautiful birds, and you have conveyed it beautifully.

Indeed, why inflict pain when the fallen can be taken instead, love the imagery.

yes so long as you don’t live on the same property .. that shrill cry can become quite annoying lol 🙂

I’ve lived next to geese and chickens, but never peacocks. 😀 Rootsters can be cock-a-doodle-do noisy and geese can be quite the honkers AND good watch-dogs! 😛

lol geese are great watch dogs but they like to snatch food if you eat nearby. The community where I lived had many animals but the peacock was the biggest nuisance, his frequent shrill cry and arguments with the kids … mind you not sure if kids or peacock started those 🙂
