Weight issues:

Ignore BMI it is not an accurate indicator

Watch your belly fat or waistline as it’s a more accurate indicator

Exercise more as level of fitness is more important than body mass measures

 

Sharpen your memory and avoid dementia by:

Learning new skills as it creates new pathways

More activity or exercise as it keeps our us stimulated

Keep up social interaction as it stimulates us

Burn rosemary as it sharpens our memory

Other useful stimulants are coffee and some fish

 

Other hints:

Burning lavender oil will help you sleep as it relaxes

Sugar is toxic please avoid anything with more than 10 mg sugar content

Don’t put cotton buds near your ears as wax is necessary and will sort itself
