Reflection, refraction, retraction.
Mirrored, splintered, inclusive.
Relax, refrain, remain.
Calm, habituate, focused.
Mind, life, time.
Mellow, living, tame!
Let me challenge and entertain you then I will have made a difference. Enjoy …

Reflect on relationships that have splintered, the person doesn’t change it’s usually because our own exaggerated expectations aren’t met … we take it personally and blame the other. To see reality, live mindfully, we need to drop our grossly exaggerated expectations and fears, live in the moment and accept people and events as they actually are … And that seldom aligns with our fantasy!

I love this style of poetry. I read it, focusing on one word at a time. Taking it all in!
